HRH, KING AMB. DR. APPOLUS CHU VISITS BORNO STATE OVER FLOOD DISASTER.

As a significant sign of unity and solidarity among the kingdoms and traditional rulers, HRH King Amb Dr. Appolus Chu, OFR, Oneh Eeh Nchia X, Egbere Emere Okori 1 of Eleme Kingdom, came all the way from Rivers State in the South-South region of Nigeria to sympathize with the people of Borno State, prompted by the recent devastating floods that have affected nearly 80% of the state.
Alongside his Council chiefs, HRH Dr. Appolus first met visited the Shehu of Borno, Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai Al-amin Elkanemi, at his palace,expressing his deep concern over the tragedy
The Shehu of Borno appreciated the extraordinary visit, highlighting the importance of their bond and affirming that such unity would endure forever.
While at the governor’s house, HRH Dr Appolus Chu extended his heartfelt sympathy to Governor Babagana Umara Zulum, and the people of Borno State regarding the flood tragedy
The Governor expressed his gratitude for the visit and assured to continue developing the state.
This act of unity underscores the strength that comes from collaboration and mutual support amidst adversity.
