I am humbled by the new challenge bestowed upon me by the Honourable Minister for FCT, His Excellency Nyesom Wike who has being a Father, a Mentor, a Model and an inspiration to me.

After my appointment as the Mandate Secretary for the newly approved Youth Development Secretariat, I was faced with numerous challenges and with the assistance of my colleagues, the Royal Fathers, the clergymen, various youth organizations and all critical stakeholders, we were able to achieve the following:

  1. Renovation of the Nyanya youth center
  2. Establishment of Skill Acquisition Center in Kuje
  3. Establishment of Skill Acquisition center in Bwari.
  4. Approval for permanent orientation camp in kwali
  5. Distribution of 80 vehicles for FCT youths as empowerment
  6. Approval for permanent youth secretariat office.
  7. Approval for official vehicles.
  8. Partnership discussions with over five non-governmental organizations on pipeline.

It is interesting to note that all approvals regarding the listed above as well as others has been granted by the Honourable Minister for FCT.

All of us working with the Minister can testify of his strong work ethics, commitment to quality and excellence, dedicated to results based on timeline and most importantly, interested in the growth of all the stewards under him.

As the best performing Minister in Nigeria and Master of Infrastructure, His Excellency Barr. Nyesom Wike deserves all the dedication from me in this new assignment and I pledge to deliver results through his guidance.

In addition, I appreciate the Six Area Council Chairmen for their support, guidance, and necessary interventions during my assignment as the Mandate Secretary in the Youth Development Secretariat.

I humbly appeal for more unconditional support in my new assignment.

I am grateful for the cooperation of the youths of FCT comprising the indigenes and residents whose support was wonderful, amazing and unforgettable.

We must continually push to achieve more and promote the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President by ensuring continuity in our excellent service to the Honourable Minister His Excellency, Nyesom Wike.
