The Kogi, Nasarawa (KN) state Egbira Unity Forum endorsed and passed a vote of confidence to The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council Hon. Abubakar Umar Abdullahi For the 2026 Abaji Area Council Chairmanship Election.

The Chairman of the forum stated that, The endorsement was made after we “The Kogi Nasarawa State Egbira Unity Forum” carefully access and commend Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi for his purposeful leadership, bold reforms, and unwavering commitment to Abaji Area Council Progress, especially in the Area of Security, infrastructure and human capital development.

Under the Leadership of the Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council, Security in Abaji Area Council has significantly improved, enabling farmers to return to their fields and communities to regain peace and stability. The Forum Chairman added.

Finally, The Forum Chairman Disclosed that all the Executives members of K/N Unity Forum present here today belongs to another Existing “Non-political” Egbira Progressive Forum comprises of all Egbira from different states, that’s why we choose to extract ourselves to initiate and form K/N Egbira unity Forum to fully support the political ambition of Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi vision to deliver prosperity, equity, and lasting change to the good people’s of Abaji Area Council.

With the response from the SSA on Political matter, Abdulganiu Olawale Waleco Said, it is clear in 2026, we are going to have a landslide victory, InshaAllah. So let us continue on the way we are going. Let us continue to cooperate, work with the Executive Chairma, work with everybody, and cooperate amongst ourselves so that we have the desired victory.

Honourable Mohammed Angulu Bello DG AUA campaign Council, said the defection of stalwarts of the opposition political parties and factions to AUA (APC) was as a result of the Executive Chairman excellent performance of AUA in addressing the challenges bedevilling us here in AAC.

In his Response, He Expressed deep gratitude to Allah and thanked them for the gale endorsement, and also share a message of perseverance and hope with the Forum, urging them to strive for justice and righteousness in their endeavours.
