The Honorable Federal Commissioner for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Musa Dikko, has expressed concern over the welfare of staff at the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) and promised to collaborate with the Chief Commissioner to enhance their working conditions.

Speaking during a courtesy visit by the executive members of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASSAN) to the FCT office of the Public Complaints Commission, Dikko highlighted the vital role PASSAN plays as a watchdog for the Commission’s activities.

As part of his commitment to staff welfare, the Commissioner announced the establishment of a welfare unit at the FCT office to address all staff-related matters. He further revealed that the January Authority to incur Expenditure (AIE) would be devoted exclusively to improving staff comfort.

He also commended the significant improvement in staff attitudes toward work, noting that every staff member is committed to contribute to the Commission’s progress.

The Commissioner went further to appeal to all PASSAN members for their support to the Chief Commissioner.

Additionally, Dikko promised that the upcoming sports competition for staff would be greatly improved.

The courtesy visit concluded on a celebratory note as the Honorable Federal Commissioner, Musa Dikko, presented a trophy to the Public Complaints Commission FCT team, who recently emerged victorious at a football contest held a few weeks ago.
