The Jigawa State Government, in collaboration with the Abdullahi Mahmood Foundation (AMF) and the Federal Government through the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on School Feeding, has successfully flagged off the School Feeding Initiative in Kaugama Ward, Kaugama Local Government, Jigawa State.

At the event, over 500 schoolchildren benefitted from nutritious meals, while 120 pupils received new school uniforms. In addition, 100 less privileged women in the community were supported with 100 bags of rice, further extending the impact of the initiative beyond the classroom and into the wider community.

This milestone underscores the Renewed Hope Agenda’s commitment to tackling poverty, improving learning outcomes, and ensuring that no child is left behind in accessing quality education.

We express our profound gratitude to His Excellency, the President and Commander-in-Chief, for creating an enabling environment for such impactful partnerships to thrive. We also commend the Government of Jigawa State under the leadership of His Excellency, Mallam Umar Namadi, FCA, for taking the lead in championing this noble cause. Special appreciation goes to the Abdullahi Mahmood Foundation for demonstrating true passion and commitment in driving this initiative to success.

Together, these efforts reflect the power of collaboration in building a brighter future for our children and empowering our communities.
