Hon. Abdullahi Suleiman Ango has indeed embarked on a new journey as the Mandate Secretary of the Agriculture and Rural Development Secretariat (ARDS) in the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). This development marks a significant shift for Ango, who was previously appointed as the Mandate Secretary for the Youth Development Secretariat in the FCTA by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

As the new Mandate Secretary for ARDS, Ango has expressed his commitment to prioritizing innovative practices to enhance food security, create jobs, and empower youths in the FCT. His vision aligns with the FCTA’s goals, and he has pledged to work tirelessly to ensure the Secretariat’s objectives are met.

Ango’s background in public administration and his experience in youth advocacy make him an ideal candidate for this role. He has also outlined plans to engage in strategic briefings with departmental heads and conduct on-site inspections of key projects to assess their progress and impact.

The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has entrusted Ango with this critical responsibility, and he has expressed his gratitude for their confidence in him. As Ango navigates this new chapter, he is expected to bring about positive change and growth in the agricultural sector of the FCT.
