In the spirit of 2025 new year celebration, The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi has organized a special prayer session led by Chief Imam Abaji Area Council Alh Bala Usman and other jumma’at masjid Imam across the various ward of Abaji Area Council, urging them to use this special occasion of new year to pray for peace, unity and love for one another.

Speaking during the prayers sessions, Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi pray to Almighty Allah to bless the world leaders who hold office in the government of the state/city/town working in a spirit of wisdom, kindness, and justice. Help them use their authority to serve faithfully and promote the general welfare.

He also assured abajians that those who violently seek to disrupt the peace of AAC have lost the battle. We shall and must continue to at least attempt to build bridges of unity in order to engender peace and national cohesion, those paddlers and haters who has never seen anything good forthcoming to Abaji Area Council will be relegated comes rains comes shine.

He further affirm that, henceforth, the JIBWIS mosque Imam, Malam tahueed Abdullahi And Abaji Area Council Naib al-imam(deputy imam), Malam isiaka Babachana will be graciously placed on monthly salary of N100,000 each, while others jumma’at masjid Imam across the 10 ward of Abaji Area Council will be receiving the sum of N20,000 each.

The chief Imam Abaji Area Council, Alh Bala Usman has urged all abajians to imbibe the virtues of love and sacrifice in line with the teachings of Islam and work towards peace and prosperity.

He further encouraged Abajians to be hopeful and tolerant of one another, adding that political challenges are not insurmountable, at such he implored abajians to use this period to reawaken our love for God and humanity and work toward our collective peace, unity, and prosperity. he added.

After the masjid prayer sessions, The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council and the Entourages of Abaji Imam specially visit his royal majesty Alh Dr Adamu Baba ONA of Abaji to Pray for Almighty Allaah to improve his health status and also instilled leadership acumen in him to govern the good people’s of Abaji Area Council and FCT at large.

Lastly, The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council stress that, He do received several calls from prominent profile confronting him that, there’s a speculating rumors affirming that, there is a dissension between Him and our royal father. Alh Dr Adamu Baba is my father, at such I would continue to respect your personality as well as charitable character in all sphere of life unprecedentedly, InshaAllah, he concluded.

Alh Dr Adamu Baba ONA Abaji acknowledge the efforts of the Executive Chairman AAC, stating that : You’ve been a source of encouragement and hope for many within and outside AAC.

The huge impact you’ve made through the years testify of your passion and belief in a better Abaji Area Council and FCT at large.

As a leader, you’ve consistently demonstrated strength and have shown that courage does not always roar; sometimes it’s a still voice that speaks loudly in actions.

Your ability to be consistent in application of both physical and mental energy positively in every given situation is indeed a requisite for great success which I believe you will continue to have.

Responding to the speculated rumor proclaiming that there’s a disputes between me and my beloved son, The Executive Chairman Abaji Area Council Honourable Abubakar Umar Abdullahi, I wanted to clearly stated that, No matter how their level of aggrandizement, slander, blackwash, culmination, and malicious is: Alh Umar Abdullahi of his (bless memory) still remain my father, while AUA remain my son.

My utmost appeal and sincere prayers for you on every appearance is that, you be strengthened as you keep overcoming life’s challenge especially undemocratic elements that have featured in the past and may once in a while come your way and see them as nothing but stepping stones.
